This is an aspirational statement to describe what the world will look like when your business achieves the change it’s seeking to make. Paint a picture of the future once your business has impacted it.

No. 3 DEFINE YOUR MISSION

The “how”

This describes the plan of action to achieve the vision. Think of this as a big picture goal(s). This is often more of an internal message to inform employees how to contribute to the greater purpose.

The support

These are values that support your overarching mission or vision. Often they’re re-occurring words or themes found in your purpose, vision & mission.
